Orange cake with chocolate and almonds
Ingredients 5 eggs 5tsp flour 5 tsp sugar 1 baking powder 250gr mascarpone 4eggs 4tsp sugar / honey 100 gr whipped cream 3 orange 1lemon essence 220 gr dark chocolate 1 gelatine 150ml water 30gr cacao 80ml cream for whipped cream Steps : Preheat the oven to 200°C In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until pale and fluffy.
