Orange cake with chocolate and almonds

Ingredients 5 eggs 5tsp flour  5 tsp sugar  1 baking powder  250gr mascarpone  4eggs 4tsp sugar / honey  100 gr whipped cream  3 orange  1lemon essence  220 gr dark chocolate  1 gelatine 150ml water 30gr cacao  80ml cream for whipped cream  Steps :  Preheat the oven to 200°C In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until pale and fluffy. Mix the yolks with sugar easily.Sift in the flour with the baking powder, stirring well. Put the composition in  a round shape , greased with butter and covered with flour  and bake at 180 degrees C. For the cream : put in a bowl sugar and eggs and mix well. Add mascarpone and whipeed cream and mix until a consistent cream forms.  Cut the cake in two and let it cool.
